Sweet-Tart Berry Jelly

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces gelatin
• unflavored lemon-flavoured
• 1 cup water boiling
• 1 cup water cold
• 10 ounces strawberries frozen
• sliced
• 18 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Empty gelatin into boil, pour on boiling water, stiruntil completely dissolved.
2. Stir in cold water, strawberries, salt.
3. Mix until berries completely thaw and separate.
4. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
