Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 teaspoons Asian Chili Paste
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
- Minced
- 1- 1/4 pound Top Round Steak
- 1 cup Mangos
- Peeled
- Diced Small
- 1/4 cups Onion
- Peeled
- Diced Small
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- Seeded
- Slice Small
- 1 whole Lime
- Juiced
- 1 cup Coleslaw Mix
- Raw
- Sliced Small
- 10 whole Corn Tortillas
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Asian chili paste and garlic.
- Pour over steak and marinate for at least 1 hour up to 4 hours.
- Heat grill to medium.
- Throw marinade out and add steak to the grill.
- Cook for about 5 minutes each side.
- Take off grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut into thin strips.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, add mango, onion, jalapeno and lime juice.
- Mix until well combined.
- Evenly divide the coleslaw mix over corn tortillas.
- Top with sliced beef and mango salsa.
- Serve immediately.
- You can also top with cilantro if desired.
