Ingredients
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 thick slab bacon
- cut in halves
- 2 slices of lunch meat
- turkey meat
- 1 submarine sandwich bread
- 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- scrambled
- maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Scramble eggs and add the cinnamon sugar on top of the eggs once they are cooked.
- Cook the bacon but not crisp, once cooled cut slices in half.
- Slice the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf lengthwise.
- Place the lunch meat on the bottom portion of the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf, then add the egg and then the bacon strips.
- Sprinkle the pinch of salt and pepper on top.
- Top off with the shredded cheese.
- Optional step - drizzle syrup.
- Finish the sandwich by adding the top of the bolillo or sub sandwich loaf.
