sweet sassy Chinese rub marinate
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tbsp freshly minced ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- coat meat evenly put into non reactive dish cover with plastic wrap.
- put into refrigerator for 4-6 hours turning occasionly.
- grill your meat take extra marinate boil for at least 1 full minute pour over all the meat when finished grilling
