Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup quick oats
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- softened
Instructions
- Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly; press into greased 13x9 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- While the crust is baking: Beat all filling ingredients in lg bowl until smooth.
- Pour into crust; bake for 45 minutes.
- Topping: Mix the topping ingredients; sprinkle over filling and bake another 15 minutes until knife comes out clean.
