Ingredients
- 1/4 medium Sweet onion
- 1/4 Kabocha squash
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the kabocha into pieces, put it in a heatproof dish, wrap, and boil in the microwave.
- Mash with a fork when it's done.
- Thinly slice the sweet onion, soak it in water, then squeeze out the moisture.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
- Deli-style Kabocha Salad.
- Kabocha and Steamed Chicken Salad.
