Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken breasts
- 3 cup chicken stock
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 4 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp ketsup
Instructions
- Place chicken in pot large enough to spread out without overlapping.
- Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Pour in chicken stock.
- Chicken should not be covered.
- Braise chicken until internal temp 165F.
- Mix glaze ingedients.
- The amounts can be adjusted depending on what flavor you prefer.
- Move chicken to oven safe dish and baste with glaze.
- Bake in 425F oven until glaze is thickened.
