  • 4 ripe
  • yet firm
  • avocados
  • peeled

  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar
  • or more to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. PLACE avocados in food processor or blender container; cover.
  2. Process until pureed.
  3. Add sugar and lime juice; cover.
  4. Process until well blended.
  5. (Mixture should have yogurt-like consistency).
  6. ADD whipping cream, 1 Tbsp.
  7. at a time, processing until mixture is of desired consistency.
  8. Pour into individual dishes or 1 large serving dish.
  9. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  10. Garnish with lime slices dipped in sugar.
