Ingredients
- 1 cup celery
- sliced
- 1 cup apple
- sliced
- 1 cup cucumber
- sliced
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- lettuce leaf
- washed and drained
- 2 tomatoes
- sliced and sprinkled with salt to taste
- 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup panir or 1 cup tofu
- diced and sprinkled with salt to taste
- 12 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix the celery, apples, cucumbers, salt, pepper and orange juice.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves in a flat platter.
- Place the salad in the centre.
- Arrange the cottage cheese and tomatoes around it.
- Spoon the mayonnaise on top before serving.
