Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts and cut into big bite- sizes.
- Put in a bowl and add the ingredients.
- Rub well.
- Add the katakuriko and rub until there is no excess flour left.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the prepared chicken pieces in one layer.
- Fry over medium heat.
- Add the shimeji mushrooms and the sauce.
- When the sauce is thickened, it is done.
