Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic (grated)
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Ponzu
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts and cut into big bite- sizes.
  2. Put in a bowl and add the ingredients.
  3. Rub well.
  4. Add the katakuriko and rub until there is no excess flour left.
  5. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the prepared chicken pieces in one layer.
  7. Fry over medium heat.
  8. Add the shimeji mushrooms and the sauce.
  9. When the sauce is thickened, it is done.
