Sweet and Sour Mango Fondue Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 34 cup mango puree
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small saucepan out of the heat, mix vinegar and cornstarch.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil and let simmer about 1 minute.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Let cool.
