Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 lb button mushroom
- 34 cup double glocester cheese
- cubed
- 1 (200 g) package mixed salad greens
- 14 cup pine nuts
- toasted
- 2 crisp apples
- cored and sliced into wedges
- granary roll
Instructions
- Whisk grapeseed oil and vinegar in a bowl.
- Pour over mushrooms.
- Cover and leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Serve with granary rolls.
