Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 pound Pork Chops
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 10 slices Banana Peppers
Instructions
- Place your pork chops (I used boneless skinless chops but you could certainly use bone-in) in a gallon-size Ziploc bag and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, mix Dijon mustard, honey and banana peppers until combined, about 10 pulses.
- Pour marinade in with the pork and mix all around.
- Store in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
- Grill for about 4 minutes per side, or more depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
