Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- peeled
- 3 oranges
- peeled and quartered
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 small bunch red grapes
- 4 cups ice water
Instructions
- In a Vita-Mix or Health Master blender add ingredients in order listed Blend all ingredients at medium and then high speed til smooth.
- Serve chilled will keep 2-3 days in refrigerator.

- the addition of the grapes is mine.
- Added to increase a bit of sweetness in the smoothie.
