Swedish Danties
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg white
- Finely chopped nuts
- Jam
- jelly
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour and egg yolk mix thoroughly.
- Roll into small balls and dip into unbeaten egg whites.
- Roll into chopped nuts.
- Press the center with tip of your finger.
- Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.
- When cool, fill centers with jam or jelly.
