Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp apple vinegar and water
- 6 ripe tomatoes *
- 1 cucumber *
- 1 onion *
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1- 2 piece(s) of peach (canned) *
- 2 tbsp peach syrup (from the can)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and onion.
- Put all * ingredients and garlic in a bowl of water and apple vinegar.
- Wait for a couple of minutes.
- Rinse and pat dry.
- I recommend doing this to remove the grime and dirt.
- You can always wash them according to your preference.
- Dice * ingredients.
- Mash the garlic and slice or grate into fine pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, stir continuously for a minute or so until they are all mixed evenly.
- Pulse them a few times using blender or food processor.
- Correct the taste if necessary.
- You can consume it right away.
- I advise you to leave it overnight in the fridge, it will taste better the following day.
