Super Soy Smoothies
Ingredients
- 34 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 14 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen peach slices
- 1 medium banana
- cut into chunks
- 1 cup small ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In blender, combine soy milk and juice concentrate; add peach slices and banana.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
