Super Simple Chinese Cabbage and Ginger Soup
Ingredients
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 200 grams Bacon
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3 Consomme soup stock cubes
- 1 Roughly ground pepper
- 1 Salt
- 1200 ml Water
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Cut the Chinese cabbage and bacon into bite-size pieces.
- Grate the garlic.
- Put 6 cups of water and all the other ingredients in a pot and simmer.
- When the cabbage has started to soften, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- And it's ready to eat!
