Ingredients

  • 12 cup frozen pitted black cherries
  • 18 ounce packageblack cherry Kool-Aid (unprepared)
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • as needed
  • 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt
  • 1 -2 ice cube

Instructions

  1. Blend together cherries, Kool Aid, soy milk, soy protein powder, Splenda and yogurt.
  2. Add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
