Super Easy Komatsuna Tossed with Grated Daikon Radish
Ingredients
- 1 Komatsuna
- 10 cm Grated daikon radish
- 1 Soy sauce (preferably usukuchi)
- 1 splash Vinegar (to use if the daikon radish is too spicy)
Instructions
- Parboil the komatsuna (or microwave until tender).
- Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into 2-3 cm lengths.
- Grate the daikon radish.
- Combine the komatsuna with the grated daikon, and mix in soy sauce.
