  • 1 Komatsuna
  • 10 cm Grated daikon radish
  • 1 Soy sauce (preferably usukuchi)
  • 1 splash Vinegar (to use if the daikon radish is too spicy)

Instructions

  1. Parboil the komatsuna (or microwave until tender).
  2. Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into 2-3 cm lengths.
  3. Grate the daikon radish.
  4. Combine the komatsuna with the grated daikon, and mix in soy sauce.
