SUNSHINE PERKY PEACHES

Ingredients

• 1 8oz can pineapple chunks
• 1 21oz :Can peach pie filling
• 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp vinailla extract
• 2 cup Vanilla ice cream
• 2 tsp Chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

1. Drain pineapples, Reserve Juice
2. Combine peach pie filling, Pineapples, 1 tablespoon of the juice from pineapple, And then the nutmeg
3. mix ingredients together, warm it in microwave for 4 minutes, take out of microwave add rest of the ingredients , add two more tablespoons of pineapple juice,mix well ,except ice cream.
4. if a little runny put back in microwave for 2 minutes.
5. in a dessert bowl, put one scoop of vanilla ice cream, add some peach mixture round ice cream, top with pecans
