Ingredients
- 1 package (250g Package) Pasta
- Any Shape
- 3 whole Sun-dried Tomatoes
- In Oil
- 3 whole Fresh Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Minced/grated Finely
- 1/2 cups Clear Broth (chicken Or Beef)
- 1 cup Cooked Meat (chicken
- Turkey
- Beef Etc)
- 1/2 cups Grated Cheese (I Used A Mix Of Mozzarella And Smoked Cheddar)
Instructions
- 1.
- Cook pasta in very salty water until al dente.
- 2.
- Meanwhile, dice the sundried and fresh tomatoes.
- Dont deseed the fresh ones.
- 3.
- With 2 tablespoons olive oil, panfry tomatoes until they begin to soften and release their juices.
- 4.
- Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
- 5.
- Add broth and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- 6.
- When the sauce has reduced and thicken slightly, add cooked meat and let it continue to simmer.
- 7.
- Once the pasta is done, pour the pasta into the sauce and add in the cheese.
- 8.
- Stir everything together until cheese has melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9.
- If you like some sauce left, dish up immediately.
- If you want it drier, let it cool a little longer and dish up.
- Note: This a very basic recipe.
- Fancify it with more vegetables or herbs or even a mixture of cheeses and meat.
