Ingredients

  • 1 package (250g Package) Pasta
  • Any Shape
  • 3 whole Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • In Oil
  • 3 whole Fresh Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Minced/grated Finely
  • 1/2 cups Clear Broth (chicken Or Beef)
  • 1 cup Cooked Meat (chicken
  • Turkey
  • Beef Etc)
  • 1/2 cups Grated Cheese (I Used A Mix Of Mozzarella And Smoked Cheddar)

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in very salty water until al dente.
  3. 2.
  4. Meanwhile, dice the sundried and fresh tomatoes.
  5. Dont deseed the fresh ones.
  6. 3.
  7. With 2 tablespoons olive oil, panfry tomatoes until they begin to soften and release their juices.
  8. 4.
  9. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
  10. 5.
  11. Add broth and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  12. 6.
  13. When the sauce has reduced and thicken slightly, add cooked meat and let it continue to simmer.

  15. Once the pasta is done, pour the pasta into the sauce and add in the cheese.

  17. Stir everything together until cheese has melted.
  18. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  20. If you like some sauce left, dish up immediately.
  21. If you want it drier, let it cool a little longer and dish up.
  22. Note: This a very basic recipe.
  23. Fancify it with more vegetables or herbs or even a mixture of cheeses and meat.
