Ingredients
- 25 lbs red potatoes
- 5 small white onions
- chopped
- 5 cups Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 5 stalks celery
- fine diced
- 25 radishes
- thin sliced
- 2 dz. hard-boiled eggs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Instructions
- Cook red potatoes, peel when warm.
- Put eggs in pot, cover with water bring to a full rolling boil.
- Turn off heat and let sit 25-30 minutes, peel and slice.
- Mix all other items for dressing.
- Alternate layers of warm potatoes, chopped onion, and dressing.
- Then mix together and cool in refrigerator.
- Serve with sliced eggs and paprika on top.
