Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- Drained And Rinsed
- 3 Tablespoons Diced Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- Minced
- 1 whole Lemon
- Juiced
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Plus More If Necessary
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until soft and fluffy and sun-dried tomatoes have been pureed throughout.
- Add more olive oil as necessary to get your bean dip to the desired fluffiness.
