Ingredients
- 450 ml Plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Soup stock granules
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 stalks worth Chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp or so of grated cheese To make it even richer
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and it's done!
- It should be a bit on the salty side.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- If you prefer the sauce to be thicker and richer, make it with drained yogurt, or add grated cheese to up the umami flavor!
