Ingredients
- 4 yellow squash (1-1/2 lb.)
- cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 egg
- beaten
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 16 round buttery crackers
- crushed
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 2-qt.
- casserole.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until heated through.
