Ingredients
- 3 -4 cups assorted greens
- 4 cups of assorted sliced fruit
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 12 cucumber
- sliced
- 12 cup green onion
- chopped
- 12 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Place rinsed greens in bowl.
- Spin dry or pat with paper towels.
- Add fruit, celery, bell pepper, cucumber and onion.
- Sprinkle shredded carrot over top.
- Sprinkle nuts over top.
- Add your favorite low fat salad dressing.
