Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bellpepper
- 1 potatos
- 3 can tomato. blend it.
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large lemons. juice it.
- 1 cup Australian or Egyption rice.
- 1 cup minced beef.
- 1 large onion. shreded
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp chopped dill.
- 1 tbsp chopped mint.
- 1 pinch nutmeg.
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch cumin powder
- 1 pinch salt to taste
Instructions
- mix all the stuffing's ingredients together
- take out the the heats of zucchini and patatos.
- if you are a beginner, use large vegetables, becouse they are esier.
- keep hearts for another recipe.
- cut the bell pepper and make it looks like a box with hood, and take out the the seeds.
- fill the vegetables with the stuffing mix and squieze it in, but not to the end.
- set all vegetables in a large pan.
- mix the tomato juice and salt and pepper, then put it in the pan.
- cook on a medium heat until everything cooked.
- add the lemon juice and serve.
