Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Canola Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 whole Large Roasted Red Pepper
- Minced
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1/4 cups Spinach
- Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- Grated Or Pressed Through A Garlic Press
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella Or Baby Bell Cheese
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 4 slices Large Beefsteak Tomato
- 4 whole Large Basil Leaves
Instructions
- For the aioli: In a food processor add all ingredients and process until well blended.
- Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- For the burgers: In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
- Do not over mix.
- With your hand, score the mixture down the center then across the middle, making 4 parts.
- Separate each part and make into 4 patties.
- Grill 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Lay cheese on top of patty during the final minutes of cooking to melt the cheese.
- Spread each bun with the aioli then add a tomato slice, basil leaf, burger patty, and top of bun.
