Strawberry Soup 2

Ingredients

• 2 cups Strawberries; sliced
• 1 cup Commercial sour cream
• 1 cup Half-and-half
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Brandy
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
• Strawberry fans
• slices

Instructions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
2. Pour into chilled soup bowls; garnish each serving with a strawberry fan or strawberry slices.
3. Yield: 3-1/2 cups.
