Strawberry Prosecco Float

Ingredients

• 1 pint strawberries
• tops removed and quartered
• 1 tablespoons sugar
• 1 pint high quality vanilla ice cream
• 1 bottle prosecco

Instructions

1. Toss the strawberries with the sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
2. Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream each of 4 large wine glasses.
3. Divide the strawberries between the 4 glasses.
4. Fill each glass with prosecco.
5. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
