Strawberries and Mascarpone

Ingredients

• 4 cups strawberries
• washed
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1/3 cup chilled heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons Vin Santo wine

Instructions

1. In a bowl with a whisk or an electric mixer beat together mascarpone, cream and Vin Santo until mixture holds stiff peakes.
2. Dip strawberries in whipped cream.
3. Serve with biscotti.
