Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken or for Turkey
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (175 g) smoked ham
- finely chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; press onto bottom and up side of 10-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Gently pour into crust.
- Bake 45 to 55 min.
- or until centre is set.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
