Stir-Fried Seaweed and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Wakame seaweed
  • 1 bag Mushrooms (of your choice)
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp or more Soy sauce
  • 1 White toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the seaweed into bite-sizes.
  2. Remove the hard stem from the mushrooms and also slice into bite-sizes.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
  5. When they're thoroughly cooked, turn the heat to high and add the seaweed.
  6. Briskly stir-fry.
  7. Drizzle in the soy sauce to season, and remove from heat.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
