Ingredients
- 100 grams Wakame seaweed
- 1 bag Mushrooms (of your choice)
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp or more Soy sauce
- 1 White toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the seaweed into bite-sizes.
- Remove the hard stem from the mushrooms and also slice into bite-sizes.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and stir-fry.
- When they're thoroughly cooked, turn the heat to high and add the seaweed.
- Briskly stir-fry.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce to season, and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
