Ingredients
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/6 Cabbage
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 packet Bonito flakes
- 1 Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage into thick strips.
- Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces.
- Heat a small amount of oil (not listed) in a pan, and stir-fry the pork belly until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add the cabbage.
- When the cabbage is soft and wilted, add the okonomiyaki sauce, and mix briefly.
- Sprinkle bonito flakes, mix, and done.
- Eat with mayonnaise if you like.
