Ingredients
- 6 Oysters
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 tsp Ponzu
- 1 dash Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the oysters and wipe away the moisture.
- Season them with salt and pepper and coat them with the katakuriko.
- Coat a frying pan with the oil and stir-fry.
- When both sides are done, add the ponzu sauce and mix it in well.
- Transfer to a serving plate, and add some finely chopped leek if you have it.
