Stir-fried Oysters with Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Oysters
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 tsp Ponzu
  • 1 dash Green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the oysters and wipe away the moisture.
  2. Season them with salt and pepper and coat them with the katakuriko.
  3. Coat a frying pan with the oil and stir-fry.
  4. When both sides are done, add the ponzu sauce and mix it in well.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate, and add some finely chopped leek if you have it.
