Ingredients
- 5 Cups Of Diced Baby Octopus Pieces
- 2 whole Large Onions
- Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions
- Cut up baby octopus about 5 cups worth.
- Cut onion into slices.
- Fry the onions in some olive oil.
- Add the octopus.
- The octopus lets out a lot of liquid, let it do that, then let the water evaporate, cooking at a low setting.
- When the liquid is gone, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Let it cook on a low heat for approximately 40-45 minutes, til it makes a nice thick sauce.
- Serve with rice
- *Dont be worried about it tasting too vinegary.
- Surprisingly, because you cook it so long, it doesnt at all.
- Even my cousin who hates vinegar ate this and didnt notice that it had so much vinegar.
