Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 12 a lemon
- juice of
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 cup ginger ale or 14 cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Can be used as a marinade or basting sauce for any vegetable or grilled tofu or as a dressing for salad or as a dip.
