Steamed Black Bean Sauce Pork Ribs (Dim Sum)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Pork Riblets (ends)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
  • 1 tbsp of black bean garlic sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand is the one I used)
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 dash Chinese five-spice powder

Instructions

  1. In a steamer add water and Chinese rice wine
  2. Salt and pepper the pork ribs and add to steamer.
  3. Steam for 20 mins or until tender
  4. In a wok heat 1 tablespoon of black bean garlic sauce and a dash of water.
  5. Add steamed ribs to wok and stir fry until sauce is coated.
