Ingredients

  • 1 Fish (Asian Sea Bass)
  • 1 Sliced Ginger.
  • 1 Garlic oil or Shallots oil.
  • 1 Salt.
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Saurce.
  • 1 Coriander

Instructions

  1. Slice the fish vertically into the middle.
  2. Rub the fish with a few pinch of salt.
  3. Slices a ginger into a thin sliced & apply all over the fish.
  4. Steam the fish on boiling water at high heat for 10min.
  5. Apply a tablespoon of light soy sauce & garlic oil on the fish.
  6. Lastly place some coriander on the fish.
