Ingredients
- 180 grams flour
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 150 grams vegetable oil
- 100 grams chocolate (melted)
- 5 egg
- 340 grams sugar
- 20 grams emulsifier
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch vanilla
Instructions
- preheat 10 minutes steamer
- melt the chocolate and blend it with vegetable oil,
- whisk eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and
- sift flour and cocoa powder, put in the eggs mixture and gradually with chocolate mixture,
- mix all until blended
- steam in 40minutes and don't try to open your steamer until 40minutes letter
