Steakhouse Rub
Ingredients
- 1 -2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground celery seed (optional)
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pierce meat several times with a fork.
- Sprinkle ingredients over meat.
- Pound meat with meat hammer or fist.
- Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Grill as usual.
