Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can soup (I like campbells chunky chicken and sausage gumbo)", "5 eggs", "12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Pour soup in medium mixing bowl, add eggs, and mix together.
- In a medium to large oven-capable skillet, grease the pan and pour mixture into the pan.
- Cook on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Set oven to broil, sprinkle cheese on top of frittata and stick pan on middle rack to broil for 5 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
- Cut into wedges, let cool, and serve.
