Sriracha Roasted Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts; bone-in
  • 2 tsp McCormick Sriracha powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 salt and black pepper; to taste
  • 1 peanut oil; as needed

Instructions

  1. Toss with enough peanut oil to cover.
  2. Season with dried spices except salt.
  3. Marinate in fridge for 4-48 hours.
  4. Give each breast a dab of peanut oil being careful not to take the spices off.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Roast at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165
