Ingredients

  • 200 grams Squid legs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 enough for coating Katakuriko
  • 4 tbsp Pure sesame oil
  • 1 lots! Green onions
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut the squid into bite size pieces and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  2. Put in a plastic bag and coat with katakuriko.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add the squid and fry until crispy.
  5. When it is cooked through, add eggs and green onions.
  6. Stir gently.
