Spring Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry
- frozen and unsweetened
- 34 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup tropicana orange juice
- 23 cup Quaker Oats
- uncooked
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (ground or minced) or 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender container or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
