Spring Cabbage & Ground Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Plain cooked rice
  • 80 grams Ground pork
  • 3 leaves Cabbage
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 knob Ginger
  • 1 dash Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Roughly chop the cabbage into large pieces.
  3. Cook the garlic and ginger in sesame oil, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Once fragrant, add the ground pork and cook until it changes color.
  5. Add the yakiniku sauce.
  6. Turn the heat to high!!
  7. Add in the cabbage and quickly add in the the rice.
  8. Mix it together and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Done.
