Ingredients
- 180 grams Plain cooked rice
- 80 grams Ground pork
- 3 leaves Cabbage
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 knob Ginger
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Roughly chop the cabbage into large pieces.
- Cook the garlic and ginger in sesame oil, being careful not to burn it.
- Once fragrant, add the ground pork and cook until it changes color.
- Add the yakiniku sauce.
- Turn the heat to high!!
- Add in the cabbage and quickly add in the the rice.
- Mix it together and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
- Done.
