Spinach and Roasted Groundnut Salad
Ingredients
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 20 g groundnuts
- 40 g tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and drain spinach.
- Add spinach into a large bowl .
- Sprinkle groundnuts over spinach and toss.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Decorate with sliced tomatoes around the bowl.
