Spinach and Potato Soup - Easy Peasy, Delicious Style!
Ingredients
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 5 medium potatoes
- 60 g fresh spinach leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes, and boil in the prepared chicken stock until soft
- Put potatoes and spinach leaves into the blender, adding liquid chicken stock until the soup is at desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and either enjoy hot or chill to enjoy later!
