2 tbsp any chili sauce or peri peri chili sauce or sriracha sauce
1 small dice red chili padi ( bird eye chili )
1/2 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp ready to eat ginger slice
10 small cherry tomatoes
Instructions
With little oil pan fried the bean curd till its lightly crispy and brown on the outside about 7 to 10 minute then set aside,
Pour in the spicy soy sauce and quickly stir vigorously then off heat and top the cooked bean curd and springkle with some brown sugar ( more if you can't take the spicy soy sauce ),then serve and enjoy
